OOTD: In the Middle of a Cron Field...

Hello girls!

The other day, while house hunting, I filmed this short OOTD video & took a few pics for my blog.
The weather was incredibly hot & sunny!
We found ourselves in the middle of this huge corn field as we were going to visit my hubby's friend who actually lives there nearby and has got the most amazing house!
I wish I could live there too, as I like the idea of living out of the busy town and away from a crowd of people...

How about you?
Do you prefer living in the big town or do you opt for a countryside?
When I was younger, I'd always say: Big, busy town, but now I'm leaning more & more towards the isolated countryside, lol!

I WORE:

Crochet top: Thrift store (but brand new)
Lace pale pink cami: H&M
Floral print shorts: Bershka
Flip flops: H&M (divided)
Bag: Max & Co.
Watch: 1€uro store (but it cost more than 1€,  it was actually 6€ lol!)
Rings: Bijou Brigitte (the connector ring), wholesale.net (Rose ring)
Sunnies: DM (Drogerie Markt)

& yes, there is a video too! ;)
You can check it out here:

Thanx girls!

Have a lovely day :)
I'm just about to start getting ready for work!

xoxo Sonja

  1. Same with me. It sounds cheesy, but well, it's actually true ^^
When I was a small kid I lived in a village, lots of fields etc nearby, it was a great place to grow up, I liked it but started craving some big city life too quite early. Up until my mid-teens I lived in big, buisy cities, loved it!
For a few years now I've been having my home in the countryside again and love it so much, more and more every day. :p I can hardly get away far enough from citylife by now, haha! I would never have thought that, but I'd really love to own a remote cottage <3 ^^

Well and it seems, aside from being far from noisy neighbours & traffic, one can usually affored much better living quality & more space to live on outside of the towns, I think; a house with a garage & big garden for the price of a 2-room apartment & balcony in the city for example.

    Grüße! xxx

  2. Ciao Sonja,

I just found your blog, it's very beautiful!!!

I see that you live in Italy, WOW, I lived in Italy for 8 years as well, I actually lived in the busy city of Milano... and yes... it was very busy and at times I longed for the country life... city life was becoming very hectic, then just this past March I moved back home to Canada. BUT... I miss Italy... I think that it became part of my soul now. :)
