Look of the Week # 1 (We're Still in Summer!)

Hello girls!

I just started a new video series on my eipysgudps beauty & style channel!

The segment is going to be called "The Look of the Week" and  basically every week I'm going to present you an outfit that I liked the most out of all the outfits I was wearing!

I'm going to talk about all the clothes & accessories that  make the outfit & suggest the occasion to wear this outfit for!

I'm also going to take in your requests, so feel free to leave those to me in a comments section!

I think this is such a cute outfit for the hot summer days!

The shorts are really comfy and I like the fact that they're high waisted!

I just added an elastic belt to accentuate my waist :)

This is just a simple black elastic belt, but I love the buckle detail that it has :)

I like to wear these shorts with just a simple cotton white T-shirt, tucked inside of the shorts.

You can also wear these shorts with an oversized T-shirt, or top ;)

I really love my black sandals with fringes! I got these here in Italy, this summer!

This is just a perfect casual look, but you can also dress it up, with a pair of wedges and a small clutch!

OOTD: White Shorts (MUST- HAVES!) & Pretty Wedges!

Hi girls!

I returned to my hometown Rijeka from the island of Rab, I have one more day to be with my family before I hit the road back to Italy & my work routine starts again!

This truly was a great vacation!

The hot weather has been following us all these days, so my outfits are still very much summer inspired!

I just couldn't go out wearing anything that isn't shorts, or mini-skirts, because of the heat I would die if I wore long pants or skinny jeans LOL ... seriously!

So here is my today's outfit:

I bought my white shorts a few summers back, while I was still living in Croatia and since then they have become one of the summer must-haves in my wardrobe!

They're so versatile and great for any occasion!

I'm wearing:

Another Day at the Beach: Waiting for the Sunset

Hello my lovely readers!

Still here at the beautiful island of Rab, thought I'd share some amazing pics of the sunset at the beach...

On these vacations, this is pretty much how our schedule goes:

Sleeping till past noon, waking up & breakfast (at 12.30 p.m. !!!)...

Shower, then preparing the sandwiches for the beach (our lunch)...

At around 15.00 p.m. we arrive at the beach, play volleybal, swimm, play cards & wait for the sunset...

that usually happens at around 20.00 - 20.30 p.m.

Then we start heading home...

Shower & get ready for the dinner & the night out in the town :)

Pretty relaxing, huh?

I could do this for an entire summer :)

But we're staying here only 6 days & they just flow by soo quickly!

But we're enjoying every moment of it :)

Outfit of the Night: H&M Beaded Shorts & White Flowy Shirt

Hi girls!

The summer & the hot weather continues!

I love these warm summer nights... after the day spent at the beach, an evening out for a walk around the town centre is a must!

Our friend (in whose house we're staying) sells local souveniers at the centre of Rab, so every night we stop by his shop for a chat :)

He always gives us advices where is the best restaurant, or the best ice- cream! :)

...

I have a naturally wavy hair, so it can get really tangled up when I'm at the beach and swimming in the sea...I always use specific hair care products that help a lot, but it does take quite a bit of time & effort to style it straight & nice for an evening out!

So here are a few pics of my styling ;)

My entire outfit is from H&M,

except for the statement piece of jewellery- bracelet on my right arm: I bought it in Italy, in a random jewellery store.

White watch is by Fossil.

Guarda la Luna, Guarda le Stelle...

... Guarda tutte le cose belle!

If you're a big fan of the "Friends" series like I am, you'll remember this is the line that the hot italian Paolo uses to seduce Rachel, in the early episodes :)

We went out on our first night of vacation in Rab, for a short walk around the centre of the town & to have some ice- creams ...

The night was perfect, the sky filled with sparkling little stars  and a big, yellow moon that was illuminating the sea surface!

So gorgeous, so romantic!

Guilty Pleasures: Shopping With My Mum

Hi girls!

One of these hot summer afternoons, I went shopping with my Mum.

My hubby went to the beach and I've decided to spend some time with my Mum, just hanging around, catching up on things, walking around the centre of the town...

We don't have a chance to do that often, so it felt particularly nice to be able to spend a bit of time with her, doing some girly things:)

We stopped for a bit to eat & later on, the energy restored, went to see what are the local stores offering ;)

This is what I was wearing for a walk & a bit of shopping with my Mum:

A perfect outfit for an afternoon of shopping & walking around the town!

My Mum got herself a belt (& I got the very same one!) and a pair of brown capri pants that fit her perfectly!

& here is what I bought:

Yellow sandals by Franco Shoes.
The colour of these sandals won me over!
Also, I'm loving the coconut details :)

These sandals also came in grey, blue and black,
but I felt drawn towards the yellow colour the most!
It's a perfect colour for summer sandals!

I also got a pair of these black flats, with snake pattern little belts
that tie around the ankles!
These are soo pretty!

Last, but not least, the belt that both me and my Mum got.
I love the turquoise beads!
We got these belts at M.S. fashion store.

That's it, we haven't done too much of a shopping, but we were very happy with the things we got & with the time we spent together, laughing & chatting!
