COCONUT OIL PULLING FOR WHITE TEETH & HEALTHY GUMS (NUTRIENT WISE)

Hello beauties! Have you ever heard of coconut oil pulling? I just recently found out about it, even though, it's apparently an ancient tradition that has been used for centuries to whiten teeth and clean the bacteria and toxins from mouth, promoting healthy teeth and gums!
I'm a huge fan of natural oils and I'm using them religiously in my beauty routine (my favourite oils are line seed, argan, coconut, burdock, sapote, castor, jojoba, almond and rose oil), and I use them for my hair care, skin care and body care, so it wasn't difficult for me to addopt another way of using natural oils: as a part of my oral hygiene!

I always give a lot of importance to oral hygiene, I believe taking care of your teeth is so important.
Having that perfect smile and a set of white and healthy teeth makes you feel so much more confident, and makes you look so much more beautiful!

Especially during pregnancy it is advised to take extra care of your oral hygiene, because your gums can become weaker and teeth more prone to developing cavities and other dental problems.
Many products out there on the market contain harsh ingredients, but this coconut oil pulling is such a great, effective and natural method of protecting your teeth and gums.

The brand which products I'm currently using for the Coconut oil pulling is Nutrient Wise and the coconut oil comes in little sachets that each contain 10 ml and are enough for one usage.

This product is designed particularly for the oil pulling as together with organic virgin coconut oil, contains peppermint oil, which leaves that pleasant fresh taste in your mouth.
Those are the only two ingredients this product contains, so as you can see, it's an all natural product!

Oil pulling- how it's done?

Oil pulling is actually very easy to do and it's something that can replace your mouth wash:

After brushing your teeth, cut sachet along dotted line and squeeze oil into mouth.

Then swirl it in your mouth for 5-15 minutes. Spit out immediately, rinse your mouth with warm water and smile! :-)

Coconut oil is the most indicated oil for pulling, as some other natural oils may actually stain your teeth, after a longer period of time.

You can use your regular coconut oil to do the pulling (the same you'd use for cooking), but I'm particularly fond of these little sachets as they also contain peppermint oil which gives you that fresh feeling, and also, they're handy to bring in your beauty case even on your trips!)

How to pick out the right shade of hair extensions?

I often get questions on how to pick out the right shade of the hair extensions, since I have two sets of hair extensions and they blend perfectly with my hair colour.

I don't wear hair extensions on daily basis, as my hair is naturally quite long, but I do like to play with hair extensions when I'm filming youtube videos, or hair tutorials. I often like to braid my hair into a voluminous side fishtail, and for that, I need a lot of hair!
With hair extensions my hair gains on volume, and this is exactly what I need when creating cute hairstyles!

I'm pretty lucky that, since I have highlighted hair, it's not that difficult for me to pick out the matching shade of hair extensions, as my hair colour is in different shades of blonde and brown (highlights and lowlights).

Before making your purchase, make sure to consult well the colour chart, and, if you need to ask for an advice, send an e-mail to a customer's service.
Even if the colour of your extensions  slightly differs from your hair colour, you can always colour your extensions to perfectly match your natural hair.

I was looking at 16 inch clip in hair extensions and I particularly love this ombre effect!

Clip in hair extensions are easy to clip in your hair and easy to take off at the end of the day. They're the perfect solution if you already have long hair, but occasionally you like to play with different hairstyles, and you need more volume to work with (that's exactly what I like to use my hair extensions for.)

Then, there are 16 inch remy hair extensions and I think those are perfect for anyone who likes to wear hair extensions on a daily basis, because this way you don't have the hassle of having to put them in every day and take them off, so you'll basically save up some time in your hair care routine.

Voluminozna pundza uz pomoc spuzve (Voluminous Bun Hair Tutorial)

Nedavno sam na hrvatskom youtube kanalu objavila jedan mali tutorijal u kojem vam pokazujem kako upotrijebiti H&M "spuzvu" koja sluzi za postizanje voluminozne pundze.

 

Takva se spuzva moze nabaviti i u drugim ducanima koji prodaju asesoar i nakit (vidjela sam ih u Accessorize-u, Bijou Brigitte itd.)...

H&M ih pak proizvodi u razlicitim velicinama (ovisno o vasoj duzini kose, mozete ju dobiti u velicinama doslovno od xs pa do xl! Napomena: Velicine nisu navedene na etiketi, ali cete i sami bez problema shvatiti koja je najprikladnija vasoj duzini kose!)

Ja vrlo cesto volim koristiti ovu spuzvicu kako bih dobila voluminoznu pundzu, a ta frizura odlicna mi je jer je vrlo sik, a super je i za dane kada jednostavno ne znate sto biste sa kosom i ni jedna druga frizura vam dobro ne stoji (citaj: "bad hair day")!
