♥ Winter Style Diary by the River Sile ♥

Hello beauties!

This past Saturday I was off work, so my hubby & I wanted to make the most out of the day, and rather (for winter time) nice weather! My hubby actually took me to a surprise location, he just told me to bring my camera with me! :)
He wouldn't tell where was he taking me, so I tried to guess where we're heading and at the end I was pretty close to figuring it out! :)

I absolutely loved the scenery, we went by the river Sile.

This is where we filmed for my OOTD video (this one turned out to be quite artistic, you gotta see it!) and shoot some pics :)
After the sun has set, it started freezing, so we head home.

I also did a vlog, but I'll be sharing it with you later on :)

Asian BB Cream Review: LOHASHILL Blemish Balm ♥

Hello beauties!

I'm very pleased with the new B.B. cream that I'm using, so I had to share it with you in my review video & this blog post! :)

It's the LOHASHILL Blemish Balm, and it's the original Asian B.B. cream! Our market is currently overflown with B.B. creams, every possible cosmetic brand seems to be making one, from Dior, Garnier, Esteè Lauder, Lierac to Maybelline, L'Oreal etc.etc. ...
I've tried quite a few of these B.B. creams and even though I really liked some, in the majority of the cases, I felt as if I'm using a regular tinted moisturizer...maybe just with a tad bit more of the coverage...

"What's so special about the B.B. creams?", I thought...until I finally tried the original, asian B.B. cream! :)

Why am I so pleased with the LOhashill essential blemish balm?

Find it out in my video review!

Lohashill Essential Blemish Balm, buy it here!

This product retails at $15.21 and with the coupon code: SONJAK31, you'll have 10% off your purchase + FREE SHIPPING!

60 ml Lohashill Makeup Blemish Balm Super BB Cream 10 in 1
Lohashill
Essential Blemish Balm
available at: bornprettystore.com

I'm very happy with this cream because it covers really well, it blends well into my skin and quickly adjusts to my skin tone.
At first, it seems a bit oily, but then, after a couple of seconds, it completely transforms, it absorbs all the oil in excess from my face, and it gives me a matt effect that lasts all day long! I don't even need to worry about touching up my make up throughout the day & applying a compact powder to my oily T-zone, thing that I usually need to do, when using other foundations on my face! :)

In the pics, you can see the swatches of this B.B. cream; it is available in one shade only, that is supposed to adjust to every skin tone.
I'm very pale skin and this cream, when I put it on, is even too pale for me, with unflattering ashy undertones,(it can be scary at first, I thought it's just totally wrong shade!) but in a matter of seconds it adjusts to my skin tone and the colour that it developes is perfect!

However, I don't know how this would work on a very dark skin tones...

The blemish balm comes in a tube that holds 60ml of the product (which is quite a bit, considering that most of the foundations and face creams come in a 30ml).
I first apply it with my fingertips and then blend it in with a brush (Sigmax F80 Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki).
That combo is proven to work the best on my face, when applying this product!

The Lohashill Blemish Balm is many products in one:
It substitutes your daily moisturiser, foundation, concealer, compact powder, and it also works as an anti-age! This cream will definitely give you the effect of "doll-like" skin, a perfect, flawless skin! :)Not many products can achieve that!

The cream also claims to have whitening effect (but I haven't noticed that; to be honest, I wasn't even looking for the whitening effect!)and it is supposed to diminish your fine lines and wrinkles with regular usage!
It is made with natural ingredients of different herbs and plants However, I'm sad I couldn't find the ingredients list on the packaging, at least not translated in english...maybe they were written in corean? I can't tell! :(

I treat this cream as a part of my make-up, so every night before going to sleep, I make sure to remove it from my face and apply my night-time face moisturiser!

I truly recommend you to check out this product and give it a go!

Do you have a favourite B.B. cream to recommend?
Leave me your comments!

I hope this review was helpful!

DIY Project: Spiked Converse

Hello lovelies!

I have one fun DIY project for you today :)

We all know, studded...everything...is on trend now!!!

I really like studded converse, but instead of paying a whole lot to get this last trend, I've decided to just be crafty and re-vamp my plain, boring sneakers!

I actually didn't want to put studs into my original All Star sneakers, because I know this trend will eventually grow old, but All Star sneakers however, never will, which is proven, because I wore them even when I was in elementary/middle school!

Instead, I bought much cheaper version of "All Star" sneakers, something that would do for this DIY project, and that I wasn't affraid of ruining (let's face it, I'm not the craftiest person in this world, lol!)
I got this Dany.Danna (whatever, lol) pair of sneakers at my local INA Market, for only 5 €

On e-bay I bought studs & spikes (unfortunately, I bought only 20pcs of spikes, and that turned out to be too little for what I originally had in mind...)...luckily, I had plenty of skull studs, so I was able to go on with my project!

I can't remember the e-bay account of the seller, but they can also be found at
this website (as on the pic above)

My studs & spikes came from the UK, the shipping was very fast, everything went well, I was pleased :)
They've got a huge selection of spikes and studs in different shapes, colours and sizes!

Watch my DIY project video here:

The result:

My DIY project ended up having more skull studs than spikes, not what I was originally planning to do...
but oh well!
I think it turned out quite cool anyway!
What do you think?

Trendy, cute & comfy!
Great for everyday/ casual looks :)

I hope you liked this DIY project; my intention was to inspire you to be crafty as well! :)

SONY Handycam DCR-SX21E Testing Vlog

Hello girls!

As I've already mentioned, I have a new video camera for my youtube channels!!!

So far, I've been taking pics & filming on my photocamera Kodak EasyShare Z885.
Even though I have a video camera now, my Kodak isn't actually going to pension just yet! :)
I'll still be using this photocamera for vlogging (when it's easier to pick up a photocamera instead of a video camera) and for the pics that I'm going to post on my blog.

The other day, I was testing out the features of my new camera, Sony DCR-SX21E, and this is how I ended up with lots of funny footages...
I edited it all into one funny (major bloopers!!!) vlog, so I hope you'll enjoy watching & that it'll make you laugh a bit (just as I laughed when editing it!)

Here is my new toy ;)

Thanks to my Mother-in-law & Father-in-law for this present!
Thanks to my hubby for picking it out for me :)

I hope my testing-vlog video made you :)

Don't forget to press thumbs up & share my video & this blog post! Thank you so much for all your support ♥

FOTD & Make Up Chit Chat ♥

Hello lovelies!

I was testing out my new video camera :)

I wanted to film a make up tutorial, but instead I ended up doing a FOTD (face of the day) and a chit-chat, about the make up products that I'm currently using on a daily basis...

Let's see what's in my make- up bag, where I store all the make up that I'm using on a daily basis...

I got my red make up bag some time ago in Bipa drugstore in Croatia.
I like it because it's quite spacious, so all my daily necesities fit inside :)

What's in my make up bag?
Inside you'll find brands such as Chanel, Too Faced, Kiko, N.Y.C. & more!
It's packed fill with products ;)

I hope you enjoyed watching this make up chit chat!
Don't forget to press thumbs up on my video if you'd like to see more make up chit chats with me in the future :)

You can also support me by sharing this blog post with your friends :)

Beauty Haul: YSL, L'Occitane, Chanel, Shiseido, Vichy, Mavala, Revlon...

Hello beauties!

I hope you all had a lovely start to this new week!
I was free this past weekend, and, as the weather was collaborating with me, I went out to film & shoot some pics for my (upcoming) fashion videos :)

I got plenty of material, so I know I'll have to sit down and do some serious editing, but I'm hoping the videos will be ready soon!
I always like to film outdoors, because I get to show you a little bit of the beautiful italian scenery as well as the outfit that I'm wearing that day! :)

Anyway, today I have a beauty haul video for you :)
I've gathered some new products that I've been purchasing over the past couple of months, and thought I'd do a little bit of a beauty/make up chat!

You can watch my video here:

These are the products that are new in my collection!

I was really eager to try out some of the "youtube cult products" such as OPI Nail Envy and the Bio Oil :)

Grocery Shopping: January (Almost) Cleanse

Hello lovelies!

I know you like my grocery shopping (haul) videos, so I put together another one for you!
This was my weekly grocery shopping from a few weeks ago, right after I returned from Croatia, after the holiday season.

This grocery shopping was supposed to be all about restoring the balance in my daily diet, after the "sinful" holiday season!

In my kitchen... :)

I bought a lot of vegetables & fruits and I think I really did good! I tried to avoid sweets for as much as I could, but I couldn't resist to frittelle, delicious italian pastry, in the Veneto region they're considered carnival sweets, italian carnival doughnuts. :)
In our region, frittelle are available only during the carnival season, (mid january/february), so I can't miss out on them, they're too delicious!

My favourites are the ones with zabaione cream...oh, don't make me think about them now, because my mouth is already watering, lol!

Check out my grocery shopping haul video & see how delicious frittelle look like (I ate them before I managed to snap a picture for my blog, lol!):

Thanks for watching, I hope this was inspiring :)

FIAT PUNTO MK 1 TUNING BY stile-italia.net

Hello guys!

I wanted to start off this post by saying...this isn't going to be a beauty related post...but then, I thought this through and realized I would be wrong!

This definitely IS a beauty related post! :)

One year ago, I already wrote a post about my special car fiat punto and now I believe it's a moment for an update!

My car is totally a "model material", when I saw these pics, I knew these are going straight to my blog (even though, I usually don't blog about cars, lol!)

With no further ado, ladies & gentlemen, MY CAR!

Back in the days, before my hubby took it in his hands, my car looked like this:

My husband is the one who built the entire bodykit and did all the work on my car.

You can check out his work on his official web page Stile Italia.
