Urban Decay NAKED 3 Review & Tutorial

I got this beauty at around Christmas, as it just came out in my local Sephora! I grabbed it immediately, without even swatching the colours!!! Previously, I had read some on-line reviews, plus, I know UD eyeshadows are amazing quality, so I knew this palette was designed for me :)
I'm a big lover of rose/pink neutral tones of eyeshadows, rose-gold shades...they're my favourites & they're very flattering on my skintone/eye/hair colour ;)

I have "replaced" all my eyeshadows and eyeshadow palettes with this NAKED 3 palette, and I have been using only this palette since December on a daily basis! ;)

I filmed a review & a make up tutorial, feat. this palette, on my youtube beauty channel ,but the lighting wasn't collaborating with me, so I promised I'd show you all the swatches on my blog too!

In the NAKED 3 palette you'll get 12 gorgeous  (mostly pink based) eyeshadows...

NAKED 3 swatched!

6 lighter shades swatched

6 darker shades swatched

I can't even begin to name you my favourites, the decision is way too difficult, I love them all!!!

The colours that I use the most often are:

- Strange
- Dust
- Limit
- Nooner
- Blackheart

...but I've also created gorgeous looks with Burnout, Buzz, Liar... :)

I seriously ♥ them all!
If you're asking me which one is my favourite UD palette, from the Naked collection, my answer is THIS one, for sure :)

With the NAKED 3 palette, you'll also get a sample size of 4 eyeshadow primers.
(My faves are the shade "Sin", and the anti-aging one!)
I'm considering purchasing the full size of the anti-aging one!

Watch my review video (the second part of the video is a make up tutorial):

Hello lovelies! Tomorrow is Valentines day, and I have to work...ughh :(

But still, I wanted to do this make up tutorial for you :)
I hope you'll have a lovely time tomorrow and spend it in a good company ;)
This look is, I believe, perfect for Valentines day, as it's girly and just so pretty!
This tutorial is in croatian language, but you can watch it nevertheless (it starts at 3.50 min- if you'd like to skip the intro part, where I talk in croatian- as you probably won't understand a thing, lol!)

You can watch it HERE!

I have also recently done a review & tutorial (on my english channel)of NAKED 3 eyeshadow palette, so you can watch it here:

(The tutorial in this video starts at cca 15 min. and it's for a different look, it's not the same look as in the croatian tutorial - and, the whole video is in english!)

As the lighting in this video wasn't the best (the lack of natural daylight), you can expect to see pics with swatches of all these eyeshadows very soon here on my blog, together with the detailed review & more close up pics of the make up! ;)

Na dan snimanja tutorijala, nisam imala fotic (muzic mi ga je "oteo"), tako da od zavrsnog rezultata imam samo ovaj screenshot (a ostalo pogledajte u tutorijalu!)

A screenshot of my Valentines Day Make Up Tutorial ♥

Nadam se da vam se svidio ovaj tutorijal i zelim vam svima jedan ugodan dan sutra :)

I hope you liked this look! Have fun tomorrow :)

URBAN DECAY NAKED VS NAKED2

Hello beauties!

Today I'm finally bringing you a highly requested make up comparison! I'll be reviewing & comparing my two palettes by Urban Decay, Naked and Naked 2.

I've had these palettes for quite some time now, I've featured them in many videos, such as monthly favourites & make up tutorilas, but I have never done a proper review on these palettes so far. The reason behind it was that I thought there are so many videos on youtube already, featuring the Naked palettes, that it really isn't necessary to make another one!

However, I got a few requests from my subbies to talk about these palettes because as some of you pointed out to me, you wish to hear my take on these palettes!

So here it is!

All you need to know about the Urban Decay Naked & Naked 2 eyeshadow palettes, all the things you might want to consider before making up your mind which one of these palettes to get!

So I hope my review/comparison will come in handy, if you're just  now thinking about purchasing one of the palettes, but you're still unsure which one to get!

I bought both palettes at my local Sephora in Italy
(they retail at cca 40€ each, but I made sure to buy them when I had a 20% off coupon code!)

Naked VS Naked 2
So similar, yet so diverse!
Which one to get?
Both, if you're a true make up lover ;)

Make sure to check out my review/comparison video for more details on both palettes!

These palettes are probably the world's best- selling eyeshadow palettes, and they're definitely the most talked about palettes, among youtubers & beauty bloggers!

They each contain 12 beautiful eyeshadows, suitable for every day look, but also darker colours for more elaborated, smoky eye, evening looks!
They're ideal palettes to have even when you're on the go & travelling, because you really don't need to bring any other eyeshadow, when you have one of these palettes in your make up bag travel kit!
Naked (the original) palette is more warm toned...
Here are the swatches of all 12 eyeshadows.
There are only 2 matte colours here: Naked and Buck

Naked 2 is more cool toned.
There are actually 3 matte colours here: Foxy, Tease and Blackout.

There is only one eyeshadow colour, both of these palettes have in common: the "Half Baked" eyeshadow (which is gorgeous, btw. so  you definitely can't have enough of it!)

Naked (the original)

- 12 eyeshadows, 2 mattes
- Mostly warm toned colours
- Outer packaging is velvety, but it gets dirty easily, not that appealing
- Great palette for both daily looks, as well as the more elaborated looks for a special occasions.

Naked 2

- 12 eyeshadows, 3 mattes
- Mostly cool toned colours
- Outer packaging is made very well, very sleek & posh
Great palette for both daily looks, as well as the more elaborated looks for a special occasions.

My verdict:

I'm still having a hard time deciding which one I like better!
I might be leaning slightly toward the Naked 2, but I'm not sure!
One thing I'm sure though: I didn't regret purchasing both of these palettes :)
If you're a make up lover & wear make up on a daily basis, if you like your neutrals, but on an occasion wear a bold smoky eye, my advice is to get both of these palettes, to play with!
If for a financial reasons, or other, you aim to get only one, then go to your local beauty store where they sell Naked palettes, swatch them on your skin to see which colours work better for you, and then make up your mind!
I'm sure that, whichever palette you choose, you won't be disappointed! :)

This is pretty much all I wanted to say about the Naked palettes!
If you have any other questions on the subject, make sure to leave me your comment and I'll be happy to answer back to you!

Do you already have the Naked palettes?
Which one is your favourite out of these two?

At last, I'd like to make a very special shoutout to one sweet friend of mine, and a fellow beauty blogger, who requested me to do this video/blog post!

Beauty Haul: YSL, L'Occitane, Chanel, Shiseido, Vichy, Mavala, Revlon...

Hello beauties!

I hope you all had a lovely start to this new week!
I was free this past weekend, and, as the weather was collaborating with me, I went out to film & shoot some pics for my (upcoming) fashion videos :)

I got plenty of material, so I know I'll have to sit down and do some serious editing, but I'm hoping the videos will be ready soon!
I always like to film outdoors, because I get to show you a little bit of the beautiful italian scenery as well as the outfit that I'm wearing that day! :)

Anyway, today I have a beauty haul video for you :)
I've gathered some new products that I've been purchasing over the past couple of months, and thought I'd do a little bit of a beauty/make up chat!

You can watch my video here:

These are the products that are new in my collection!

I was really eager to try out some of the "youtube cult products" such as OPI Nail Envy and the Bio Oil :)

playing with my new make up!
on my lips revlon lip butters in 095 creme brule
Very pretty every day lipstick :)

I'm looking forward to reviewing some of these products soon!
If you have any request in particular, to hear more about a certain product, feel free to let me know & I'll be glad to film this review next!

My Birthday Make Up (Tutorial)

My B-day is coming soon!
In a less than a week ... (!!!)
My birthday is June, 5th, and this year it is Sunday, so I'll be off work & ready to celebrate!
We might even celebrate a few days before the actual B-day, because this Thursday is a festivity in Italy, we're off work so we're planning to do a little barbecue with friends in the mountains, where my hubb'y family owns a house for vacations :)

Anyways, I was playing with make up a bit, creating looks for my B-day.
As it's really warm & sunny, I don't want to wear too much of a make up.
I went for a natural looking face, with a light texture foundation, shimmery subtle smoky eye & the trend that I'm absolutely loving this Spring/Summer: Bold color lipstick!

Here are the pics of the result:

You can watch my step- by -step video tutorial:
