Hello lovelies! I hope you all had great weekend! Thanks for stopping by my blog & following, it means a lot! It's super cold here in Italy, so we're staying in, waiting for the spring to arrive! I'm starting this new series (#mommymonday), in which I'll try to post, every monday, a mommy related topic :-) I hope a lot of you will find it interesting, and if I skip some mondays...well, that's mommy's life (it's not always easy to find time to post, especially if there's a schedule to stick to!). Anyway, today I'd like to share with you some pics from my little son's BIG first birthday! He turned one past month, on 20th. of Januray, and I honestly can't believe how quickly a whole year has gone by. Babies grow SO MUCH in one year! He now eats solids, walks on his own, has 8 teeth...he's very articulate too (haha), but I'm still waiting for his "real" first words. We have so much fun together, and I enjoy every minute of being his mommy :-) I don't share photos of my son on social medias, but here I'll share a few!
He had a strawberry cheesecake as his birthday cake, and my hubby made it for him the night before! I made him a banana bread, and we also had tiramisu (that my hubby also made)! It was a very big party, we had more than 35 invites, and at some point there wasn't enough space in the appartment for everybody to fit it! (lol) Too bad it was cold winter weather, so having a party outside in our backyard wasn't an option! On the last photo of us with a cake, you can see my hubby holding Sebastian's little cousin, Pietro. Pietro is just 4 months older than Sebastian. In the first year of babies' life, 4 months of difference is a lot, as they make tremendous progress with each month, but later on in life, 4 months is nothing! Looking at the photo, I can't help but wonder how cute would it be to have 2 little boys...
Now, let's talk a bit about the fashion aspect of these photos...As the title says, I wore Zaful! This winter, I got so many things from Zaful (some of the coolest sweaters, that I'm yet to share with you!). In the first photos I wore white ruffle collar plain ribbed knitwear sweater that I absolutely love, and in the second set of photos (with the baloons), I wore oversized braided sleeve pullover sweater in pink, on top of my plaid shirt. These are super trendy, but also really warm, and well made! I always find such good deals and cute stuff at Zaful that it's quickly become one of my favourite on line shopping destinations :-) Let me know where do you like to shop on line? (I'm thinking of doing a little guide of my TOP 10 fave on line shops, so let me know if you'd like to see a blog post about that!) As a mommy, I like to dress casual but cute, I like my clothes to be comfy and functional but still on trend! Running after my little son is a full time job now, haha, so I need to feel comfort in the clothes I'm wearing, but as a true fashionista, I refuse to give up on style :-) That's all for this #mommymonday post! Hi guys! It's time for another fashion post! I realized I have some more outfit posts from my past month's trip to the island of Rab, that I still haven't published. I spent most of October in Croatia, and I had some sort of "internet detox", but I'm back now and full of new projects & ideas! Depending on how much time my little son allows me to dedicate to my blog, I'll keep bringing you more fashion, beauty & mum related topics in the upcoming weeks!
I wore this outfit during our trip to the island of Rab. We stopped half way to take photos, as the scenery was simply breathtaking! I hope you enjoy these photos :-) Pozdrav ljudi! Vrijeme je za jedan brzinski outfit post! Upravo sam pregledavala fileove na kompu i shvatila da imam jos dosta outfit slicica sa naseg boravka na otoku Rabu koje jos nisam podijelila sa vama. Provela sam dobar dio ovog mjeseca u Hrvatskoj i na tako recenom "internet detoxu", ali sada sam natrag u "punoj snazi" i jedva cekam zapoceti nove projekte i realizirati neke ideje koje vec cekaju na red! Sve ovisi o mom sincicu i koliko mi vremena "odobri" za moje bloganje, haha! Ovaj outfit nosila sam tijekom naseg putovanja na otok Rab. Zaustavili smo se na Magistrali kako bi napravili par slicica, jer krajolik je zaista divan! Nadam se da ce vam se fotkice svidjeti :-)
ENG: Hi guys! These photos were taken yesterday when I went to the town Mestre, to meet my hubby for a lunch break. Mestre is italian city situated next to Venice, and it's the town where my hubby grew up. There are some cool spots in Mestre to shoot outfit posts, and one of them is this location close to the town's centre. I wore my new Shein jacket and black gladiator sandals that I bought years ago, when I first moved to Italy. This season they're back in trend, so I spent some time searching for them in my wardrobe, happy that I didn't gave them away when I stopped wearing them, years back. Fashion trends always come back, lesson learned :-) I ordered my Shein jacket in a size S, and it fits perfectly. I didn't have to go for a size up this time (as it's usually recommended when ordering from asian web stores!) HR: Pozdrav ljudi! Ove fotke nastale su jucer, kada sam skocila do grada Mestre, u susret muzu koji je bio na pauzi za rucak. Mestre je talijanski grad u regiji Veneto i tamo je odrastao moj muzic. U Mestre postoji par zanimljivih lokacija za snimanje outfit slicica za blog, a jedna od njih je i ovaj kanal vrlo blizu samog centra grada. Nosila sam svoju novu Shein jaknu i crne gladijator sandale, koje sam kupila prije dosta godina, kada sam se tek preselila u Italiju. Ove sezone gladijatorice su ponovno u trendu, a ja sam provela dosta vremena trazeci ih u svom ormaru...Sretna sto ih se nisam odrekla kada sam ih prije par sezona prestala nositi. Moda se vraca, ta lekcija je vec naucena :-) Shein jaknicu narucila sam u velicini S i savrseno mi pristaje. Ovaj puta nisam morala naruciti broj vecu, sto se inace preporuca pri narucivanju sa azijskih web ducana!

ENG: Hi guys! Today I'm bringing you one of the outfit posts I recently shared on Glam Express. I wore this super casual and comfy outfit for a coffee with my friends and an afternoon shopping at our local Mall. I decided to go quite casual, but I added some cool accessories to give my sporty outfit a touch of chic :-) I love my new Adidas Vespa sneakers! I'm usually not that much into sneakers and too sporty clothes, but these are definitely a very chic & stylish model! Needless to say, they're also super comfy, so I often wear them for a long work hours when I need to spend a lot of time on my feet! HR: Pozdrav ljudi! Danas imam za vas jedan outfit post kojeg sam nedavno objavila i na Glam Expressu! Ovaj casual i udoban outfit nosila sam za susret sa prijateljicama i popodnevni shopping u obliznjem trgovackom centru. Odlucila sam se na prilicno jednostavan i sportski look, ali uz par zgodnih asesoara dala sam outfitu osobni pecat uz tu neku sik notu! Zaista volim svoje nove Adidas Vespa tenisice :-) Inace nisam luda za sportskom odjecom i obucom, ali ovaj model posebno mi se svidio jer nije "presportski", vec je doista sik i puno je paznje posveceno detaljima, sto mi se posebno svidja na njemu. Nije potrebno napomenuti da su ove tenisice izuzetno udobne pa ih cesto nosim i za duge radne dane na poslu, kada puno vremena provodim na nogama!

ENG: Hi guys! Today I'm finally back with a new outfit post! My hubby & I found this super cool location to shoot outfit photos and we had a lot of fun (he shooting, me posing), that's how we ended up with more than 30 photos... I decided to split this post into two parts, because there were so many great shots I wanted to share, but I didn't want to overwhelm you with photos overload, lol! That's how, in the second part of this post, you'll be able to see how this outfit looks like without the pink coat, plus some close-ups! :-) So stay tuned! I love this outfit as some pieces I've had in my wardrobe for over 10 years now (such as this oversized, high-waisted Replay jeans...I bought them while I was still living in London, UK, back in 2004./'05.!, and, the denim jacket that I'm wearing underneath my coat...it was such a trendy model back in 2000./'01. and I bought it together with a matching denim skirt in the town Trieste in Italy, when I was there shopping with my friends!). I love to wear pieces that have their own story to tell! Pieces from my wardrobe that have "lived"...it makes me feel super cool, pairing them with some newer purchases...lol! Does this make sense to you? ;-) HR: Pozdrav dragi ljudi! Evo me napokon sa novim outfit postom! Muzic i ja naisli smo na jednu super cool lokaciju za snimanje outfit slicica...(radi se o napustenom hotelu Panorama iznad Preluke, na Opatijskoj rivijeri!)...O ovome hotelu imali smo clanak u engleskom uzdbeniku u hotelijersko- turistickoj skoli, ucili smo o njemu i prekrasnom pogledu na Kvarner koji se iz njega pruza...a danas...16 godina poslije, radi se o rusevinama...Koje su ipak posluzile nekoj svrsi, muzic i ja toliko smo se zabavili (ja pozirajuci, on fotografirajuci!), tako da smo shooting zavrsili sa vise od 30-tak fotki! Zbog toga sam odlucila ovaj post podijeliti u dva dijela, imam puno super fotki koje vam zelim pokazati, ali ne zelim vas udaviti sa toliko fotografija u jednom postu :-) Tako da sam ih odlucila "tematski" podijeliti...ako se to moze tako reci...pa cete u iducem postu vidjeti kako outfit izgleda bez roza kaputica, a i neke close-up fotke! Obavezno svratite :-) Ja obozavam ovaj outfit! Stvarno sam ponosna kako sam ga slozila, jer neke komade imam u ormaru vec 10-tak godina! Ovaj boyfriend jeans visokog struka marke Replay, kupila sam dok sam jos zivjela u Londonu, davne 2004./'05. god.! I danas je vrlo moderan i kada ga nosim ljudi me uvijek pitaju gdje se moze nabaviti! Traper jaknu koju nosim ispod kaputica, kupila sam jos prije! Bilo je to 2000./'01. god. u jednom od mojih famoznih izleta u obliznji Trst u Italiji, sa frendicom :-) Volim nositi tako neke komade odjece koji imaju svoju vlastitu pricu za ispricati...Komadi iz mojeg ormara koji su vec "zivjeli"...osjecam se bas cool kada slozim tako neki outfit i ukombiniram starije komade iz mojeg ormara, sa novijim ulovima!...haha! Da li vama ima smisla to sto ja pricam? ;-)
