Hair extensions and trying out different hairstyles!

Hi guys!

You know I often give you tips on hair extensions and recommend shops that sell great quality hair extensions for good prices. I get asked a lot a question about hair extensions and whether I wear them on a daily basis...Just to clear things out, I don't wear hair extensions on a daily basis. My hair is naturally quite long, so I don't need hair extensions to make it longer, but I do like to use them every now and then, to add volume to my hair.
When my hair is super voluminous, I find that I can be more creative with different hairstyles, especially side braids and eye catching fishtails. Those are my favourite summer hair styles and everybody always compliments my hair when I wear it like that!

As I'm a beauty/ fashion blogger, trying out new styles is something of my interest, so over the past years, I got two sets of hair extensions. Sometimes I'll use them for a special events I might have, or just when I want to look extra glam for filming a video, or have fun filming a hair tutorial!

In my today's post I'd like to present you an on-line web store specialized in hair extensions, cchairextensions.com

Clip in hair extensions are my favourite, because you can easily put them in, and take them off, you can add as much hair as you want to/need, and this type of hair extensions won't damage your hair. As a matter of fact, when I wear them, I can hardly even feel them on my head. They blend in so well with my natural hair, sometimes I even forget a strand or two, when I'm taking them out! :-)

Hair weave is a great option for whoever wants to have a more permanent solution, whoever likes to wear hair extensions on a daily basis.

On cchairextensions website, you can find many tips & tutorials on how to choose the right hair extensions type for your hair needs, and tips on how to properly take care of your hair extensions! Popular youtubbers share their tutorials and reviews on cc hair extensions, and it's all done in the purpose of making the whole process of picking out the right hair extensions type and colour, easier for the customer!

I hope this post helped to some of you who are in the market for a good quality set of hair extensions! Any questions? Ask them bellow! :-)

♡ Nicole Richie & Kourtney Kardashian braided updo’s | hair tutorial ♡

Hello lovelies!

After a few weeks of only fashion related posts, it's time to turn back to beauty topics (at least for the moment, because I still have tons of outfit ideas yet to post!).
I recently uploaded a youtube video, showing you how I create this easy to do, yet chic, hairstyle!
You can watch the video tutorial by clicking here!

I was inspired to try out this look after watching one beauty vlogger, one lazy Sunday when I had to get ready for work, yet I was having a severe case of a bad hair day!
This hairstyling really "saved my day" and boosted my self confidence as I actually enjoyed the way I looked!

In my tutorial I'm showing you 2 slightly different braided buns...one is made out of 3 regular braids, whilst the other is way more voluminous, so you'll have to do some serious hair teasing!
They both look great, but I think I have a slight preference for the second one (more voluminous & messy), as it's very boho/chic, and that's the style I really enjoy wearing :)

Hairstyling # 01

- accessorize it with big, statement earrings!

Hairstyling # 02

- accessorize it with a statement necklace!

To create these hairstyles, you'll only need lots of bobby-pins and clear elastics (to secure your braids)...for the second look you'll also need a teasing comb...a hairspray is always a good option, no matter what hairstyle we're doing! ;)

My earrings are from a local italian jewellery store (no-name brand), I love them because they're truly a statement piece, yet very lightweight so I can wear them all day long, without them irritating my ears!
My necklace (2nd look) is from Zara.

I hope you like this hairstyling idea ♥♥

Lijep pozdrav!

I sama sam tek nedavno "otkrila" ovu frizuru, gledajuci tutorijal jedne strane beauty vloggerice :)
"Bad hair day?"...ma koji "bad hair day"?? ;)

Pogledajte video tutorijal ovdje:

Bohemian Milkmaid Braid Hair Tutorial

I love doing hair tutorials! My hair is pretty long, so I like to experiment, learn different hairstyles and change often, the way I style my hair :)

Recently, I've been loving this "milkmaid braid", but with a bohemian twist (a little bit more messy hair/braids and a flower crown headband...)

I think this hairstyle is going to be perfect for warmer weather (when you want your hair away from your face, and when you don't need to wear hats to keep your head warm!)

You can watch my easy, step-by-step tutorial HERE!

this flower headband is from H&M

Some cool effects that I like:

HAIR TUTORIAL

I hope you like this cute hairstyle! As usual, your comments are welcome! :)

Voluminozna pundza uz pomoc spuzve (Voluminous Bun Hair Tutorial)

Bok!

Evo kako jednostavno koristim ovu spuzvicu- pogledajte moj video tutorijal:

A evo i par slicica gotove frizure:

This hair tutorial is also available in english language:

Nadam se da vam se svidio tutorijal!

Easy Hair Tutorial: Twist Around Side Braid

Hello beauties!

Today I'd like to share with you one quick and simple, yet creative hairstyle tutorial!

This hairstyle will "save your life" on a bad hair day (and we all do get our fair share of those, regardless of the length, structure, or colour of our hair, lol!)
I remember being quite desperate whenever I was having a bad hair day, but, with time, I lerned to fake it, and now I have a few favourite (easy-to-do) hairstyles, that always work on a "bad-hair day" situation!

This twist-around side braid (it looks like a braid, but it's actually a pony tail!)always gets me compliments and questions on how it's done!

I wouldn't be a real beauty blogger, if I wanted to keep a secret all to myself, so here I'm sharing it with you... ;)

Click on the video to watch my easy, step-by-step tutorial:

People always compliment me on this hairstyle and ask for a tutorial!

I think this hairstyle looks even better on whoever has highlighted hair, because when you're twisting your hair, lighter & darker shades will mix and your hair will gain a certain dimension & look even more chic! ;)

I like to "mess up a bit" my twist around side braid/ pony tail, by pulling it gently at the sides
 (as shown in the tutorial)
and making it more voluminous!

Use clear, "invisible" hair elastics for this hairstyle.
You don't want them to be very noticeable in your hair!
The less visible, the better!
(I get these hair elastics at my local drugstore/supermarket/beauty supplies store/even H&M occasionally holds these!)

I really hope this was helpful and that you're going to try out this hairstyle on your next bad hair day!
Remember, your hair doesn't need to be super long to be able to pull off this hairstyle!

If you do this hairstyle, you can share your pic with me, by posting it on my facebook page! (& let's be friends there!!!)

Make sure to leave me your requests for my future beauty related videos! :) I always ♥ to hear from you!

How to Tie a Bandana in Your Hair?

Hello beauties!

Recently, I've really been into wearing bandanas in my hair!
I think it's such a cool way of accessorizing your hair, and, needless to mention, it also saves my life whenever I'm having a bad hair day! :)

I currently have 3 bandanas in my collection...with the green one being a recent addition to my little collection :)

The blue bandana was my first bandana, I bought it when I was still in high-school (at Wit Boy fashion store in Trieste, Italy).
The green bandana is one of my recent purchases, I got it at my local chinese store, for less than 2€ (it's 100% cotton and I really like the green colour!).
The white one is actually my hubby's...I "borrowed" it from him, when this whole "bandana obsession" started ;)

In my today's blog post & video tutorial, I'll show you how to properly fold your bandana & tie it in your hair into a little, cute bow!

I hope this will be inspiring to you :)

Wearing my green bandana

To see how I tie a bandana in my hair, so it stays securely in place all day long (no bobby pins needed!), check out my video tutorial, here:

Bandanas are usually square shaped...

Step 1.
You'll fold your bandana into a triangle, just like I showed you in this pic!

Step 2.
Now you'll fold the top part of your bandana to create another "mini" triangle...

Step 3.
Keep folding your bandana (you want to fold it all the way, to "reunite" it with the opposite part of the triangle)

Step 4.
Keep folding (as shown on the pic).
We're almost there! :)

Step 5.
Now you have your bandana folded & ready to be tied in your hair!

I like to experiment with different hairstyles and textures when wearing a bandaana in my hair, sometimes I like to wear my hair long & straight, sometimes I'll put it in a messy fishtail, or boost its volume by curling it...
It's up to you, but the options are countless! :)

What do you think of this way of accessorizing your hair?
Do you like it?
Leave me your comments :)

If you want to show me how do YOU wear a bandana in your hair, post your pic on my FACEBOOK page! I'd love to see it!
